Minimum Age

To ensure the proper family atmosphere, guests must be 25 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent.

Minimum 2-day Reservation for Weekends

From April 1 – November 1 there is a 2-day minimum reservation when checking in on Friday.

Minimum 3-day Reservation on Certain Holidays

There is a minimum 3-day reservation on these days:
Memorial Day
July 4
Labor Day

Other holidays or weekends may require a 2 night or 3 night minimum stay per management’s discretion.
